Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Auréline purchase. If, for any reason, an item does not meet your expectations, you may request a return under the conditions below.

You may return a product within 14 days of receiving it.

Return Conditions:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition;

• The product must be returned in its original packaging;

• Returns are accepted only with proof of purchase.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will process a refund using the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs may not be reimbursed unless otherwise specified.
